The Sport-Thieme “Loop” body trainer is made from thermoplastic rubber and is particularly stretchy. The flexible band is ideal for stretching and strength exercises. The training product is also best suited to barbell workouts. A wide variety of exercises are possible, e.g. from deadlifts, to squats and bench presses. Simply attach the resistance trainer to the barbell and off you go! The fitness trainer is available in 3 different resistance levels so that you can adapt your workout to your performance level.
